The 7 Summits poster was created to compare and highlight hiking facts for each of the seven summits. Among hikers in the advanced hiking community the seven summits are a common goal to complete and could be found on some peoples bucket lists. The seven summits are the highest mountains on each of the seven continents in the world. This poster is an infographic for viewers to get facts and important things to know while considering ones next hiking adventure when tackling the seven summits. On the poster the seven mountains go in order of shortest to tallest from the bottom to the top of the page. When it came to the color palette using blue and greens helps the abstract mountain shapes look like a mountain range and the dark grey accent color pulled from the intensity of these hikes. Each mountain also has a different colored flag on it for viewers to easily find the correlating fact section for each specific mountain.
